Self Care for New and Expecting Parents

Whether you are new or to-be parents, it is important that you have the essential self-care knowledge and skills you need not only to take care of yourselves as you go through parenthood, but also to teach them to your children to empower their lives at the earliest time.
At this 90 minute talk, you will learn self-care skills that you wish you had learned in kindergarten. Imagine you know how to boost your immune system, heal any pain or discomfort in your body, and improve your sleep, with incredibly easy-to-learn, easy-to-teach, fun, and effective self-care skills that once learned, can benefit you and your family for the rest of your life.
