The Socialight Restaurant features a Winemaker's dinner on the first Tuesday of each month. This month we bring in Tamber Bey Vineyards from, Napa and the Winemaker and owner Barry Waitte will be speaking.

FIRST COURSE: Seafood Ceviche paired with Tamber Bey Sauvignon Blanc, Mello Vineyard, Yountville, 2015

SECOND COURSE: Arugula Pear Salad paired with Tamber Bey Chardonnay (unoaked), Yountville, 2015

THIRD COURSE: Spanish Grilled Octopus paired with Tamber Bey Pinot Noir, Sun Chase Vineyard, Sonoma Coast, 2014

FOURTH COURSE: Elk Loin with Rabicano Reduction Sauce paired with Rabicano, Deux Chevaux Vineyard, Estate, Yountville, 2012

FIFTH COURSE: Chocolate Molten Lava Soufflé paired with Tamber Bey Cabernet Sauvignon, Estate, Oakville, 2012
