The Art Beat has space remaining in some of their after school art programs for kids and teens. These 8 week long courses begin this week and take place at their Downtown Campbell art studio classroom.
All programs begin the week of September 14th and meet once a week for eight weeks.
Students in this class will create a meaningful work of art that is the perfect nesting spot for hopes, dreams and ideas. Topics will include creating visual frames, paper folding and calligraphy.
The ideal class for young artists who need to touch things and keep their hands busy! Students will create layers of washi tape, cut paper collage, wood and acrylic paint to create works of art that house real plants...masterpieces literally bursting with life.
Art exploration in clays, paints, mosaics and more to develop a rich imagination and self-expression.
Children will try out different art mediums as they get an opportunity to explore clay, acrylics, color pencils, stamps-inks, crayons, pastels, and more. Our age appropriate mixed media projects allow each child to be creative while developing a rich imagination. Children must be accompanied by a parent/caregiver.
