This is an introductory virtual (for now) course for those new to ballet, or for those wishing to refine and strengthen their dancing and understanding of ballet. We will cover basic terminology, postural awareness and ballet technique.

Our Campbell studio is currently closed due to Covid-19 health restrictions, but for the first four Sundays in January, we're hosting a series of free virtual open houses to introduce you to our studio, our instructors, and the safe and effective barre exercise classes that are suitable for all types of bodies and fitness levels.
The Bar Method's signature method uses your own body weight, the ballet barre and a few props to create a transformative workout that results in long, lean sculpted muscles. Not only does it reshape your entire body, but it allows you to channel your inner strength and leave class feeling strong, confident and poised. Highly-trained instructors customize the exercises to ensure they are safe and effective for any age and every body, including modifications for pregnant women and students with injuries.
