Four Course Winemaker Dinner with Solis Winery

We're excited to announce the return of Winemaker Dinner's at Tessora's! It has been a long awaited event that we are overjoyed to start up again.

Tessora’s we will be hosting Solis winemaker Michale Vanni and brother Vic Vanni to bring you an outstanding four course dinner event. All Solis Winery wines are grown and produced at the Vanni Estate Vineyard in Gilroy in the heart of the Santa Clara Valley, California’s oldest continuous wine growing region. From planting the vines and harvesting the grapes to producing and bottling the wines, everything is done on-site.

Course 1

Mascarpone Arancini
Mascarpone stuffed Arancini balls topped with a Tangering Butter Sauce
Served with 2019 “Estate” Fiano, Santa Clara Valley

Course 2

Asian Pear Salad
Asian Pear slices on top of a bed of Arugula with Hazelnuts and Shaved Parmesan with a Lemon Truffle Dressing
Served with 2019 “Estate” Chardonnay , Santa Clara Valley

Course 3

Bacon Crusted Duck Breast
Maple Bacon crusted Duck Breast, Juniper infused Potato Gratin and Charred Cabbage with a Cider Gastrique
Served with 2017 “Estate” Merlot, Santa Clara Valley

Course 4

Chocolate Beet Cake
Chocolate Beet Cake with a Bacon Sugar Cream Cheese Icing and a Pomegranate Sugar garnish
Served with 2017 “Estate” Syrah, Santa Clara Valley

$75 per person (gratuity and tax not included) Must have a reservation with confirmation to attend dinner event.
