Bellydance is back! Come and learn how to strengthen your goddess physique! Bellydancing is excellent for increasing blood flow to all areas of the body. By facilitating movement of the muscles of the core, back, legs, and arms, Bellydancing is an essential way to improve and tone the figure while having fun.
This class event will familiarize participants with the American Cabaret and fusion styles of bellydance. The class will begin with a ten-minute stretch, following by thirty minutes of calorie burning moves to the sizzling melodies of Bellydance fusion and classic Middle Eastern music, and concluding with yoga inspired, relaxation inducing stretches. Bring a yoga mat.
