Fit Parent Boot Camp

Fit Parent Bootcamp offers outdoor workouts designed by certified personal trainers for moms or dads in local parks in Campbell and San Jose. For our special Tiny Tots classes, it will be a 50 minute indoor class. Each workout incorporates a warm-up followed by cardio and strength training using a high intensity interval training (HIIT) format.
Whether your goal is to lose the baby weight, train for a race, or simply stay in shape, our program and instructors will keep you motivated! We pride ourselves in creating a fun community atmosphere where parents can share stories and feel supported in their fitness journey. Please bring a yoga mat and water with you to each workout.
Eric and Theresa Opp, Co-founders of Fit Parent Bootcamp, will be your instructors for the class. Eric is a certified personal trainer through ACE and Theresa has a Group Fitness Bootcamp certification through NPTA. Both have current Adult and Pediatric CPR & First Aid Certification from The American Red Cross.
