This annual parade is always a very big afternoon in Downtown Campbell so besides being a lot of fun to participate in, it's great exposure for your group. We're looking forward to seeing you in this year's parade!

Calling all employers who are currently hiring or will be hiring for the summer season!

The Campbell Youth Commission will be hosting a job fair for teens on Saturday, March 9th from 10:00am- 12:00pm at the Campbell Community Center, Orchard City Banquet Hall.

Each business will have their own table to set up displays and have job applications available.

2024 Bunnies and Bonnets Parade Application Period Starts February 1st

UPDATE: Applications are now open!

Downtown Campbell's annual Bunnies and Bonnets Parade will be held this year on March 30th. We'll begin taking applications to be in the parade starting on February 1st and will continue to accept applications until February 29th.

This annual parade is always a very big afternoon in Downtown Campbell so besides being a lot of fun to participate in, it's great exposure for your group. Space in the parade is limited so if you want your group to be in the parade, please get your applications in as early as possible.

Check back on February 1st or later to submit your application to be in the 2024 parade. We're looking forward to seeing you in our parade!

We are thrilled to announce that our Annual Valentine Fun Run/Walk is just around the corner, and we are in great need of enthusiastic volunteers like you to make this event a huge success. Whether you're a seasoned volunteer or new to community service, there's a role for everyone.

There are two opportunities to choose from! Volunteer for one or both!

Friday, Feb 9th 3:15-5:30pm OR 5:15-7:15pm at Sports Basement for Packet Pickup

Saturday, Feb 10th 8:15am-11:45am at Campbell Park for the Fun Run

Must be 13 years or accompanied by a guardian to participate. All volunteers must complete a volunteer application which can be found here.

Downtown Campbell 2024 Events Calendar is Online!

Happy belated New Year from Downtown Campbell! It's going to be another fun year of events in Downtown Campbell!

We're pleased to announce that our very well received Car Show will be back for a second year! All of your usual favorites are back on the calendar as well. Both our Spring and Fall Wine Walk will be happening on a Thursday instead of Wednesday as we've traditionally done them on.

Please take a look at our Festivities Page to see more upcoming highlights for 2024. Be sure to check back regularly as we'll be adding more as things develop throughout the year.

Those are just the highlights of course. For the complete listing of upcoming happenings both big and small, you'll want to keep an eye on our Events Calendar page. Our Events Calendar is updated regularly and there's usually new additions to it on a weekly basis.

With all of these fun events happening in Downtown Campbell, we're going to need a lot of volunteers to help us pull them off. We need help for all kinds of roles ranging from selling tickets to serving popcorn. No Summer Concert Series in 2024

For the first time in many years, the City of Campbell won't be hosting any summer concerts on the Orchard City Green in front of the Ainsley House. If you look at the photo above, you'll see the reason why.

The renovation of the Campbell Library is fully underway and and won't be finished in time for the Summer Concert Series to return for 2024. Additionally, a new Campbell Police building is scheduled to break ground on January 25, 2024 so there's going to be even more construction going on at City Hall besides the Library renovations.

This only affects the Thursday evening music series in front of the Ainsley House that is typically held over two months in the summer. Anything that's street music or music at smaller nearby venues won't be affected.

Lifeguard - Must be 15 at time of hire

Join the City of Campbell Recreation team as a Lifeguard for our 2024 Summer Season! As a Campbell lifeguard you will be ensuring the safety of all patrons, teaching swim lessons, and working with a team of other safety conscious staff! Summer is jam-packed with recreation swim, youth and adult swim lessons, and staff bonding. Not certified? No problem! The City of Campbell is running two Lifeguarding Academies in March and May.
