Second Saturdays Exhibitor Registration

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at Second Saturdays in Downtown Campbell. Before you submit your registration, please make sure you have read our Exhibitor Information for Second Saturdays page. You must meet a few vendor requirements before we can invite you to participate. Do not use this form to apply as a street entertainer. Use the Street Entertainment Information Form instead.

Please take the time to give us a detailed introduction to your work and attach up to three photos that would be ok for us to reuse in promoting the events. If a field does not apply to you, it may be left blank. If you have questions or need help, please email [email protected].

IMPORTANT: If you do no provide us with your California State Seller's Permit Number, your application will be immediately rejected. You can get one online in 10 minutes.

Please tell us about your art or craftwork.
If you do not have a permit #, you may obtain one online.
Attach a photo, scan, or PDF copy of your CA State Seller's Permit.
If yes, please explain in comments.
If you expect to be available every month, do not choose any months. Only choose months if you know specifically which months you're available to exhibit.
