Campbell Kiwanis Club Campbell Kiwanis presents the 34th Annual Campbell Eggstravaganza for children ages 1-12! Please note: this event will be held rain or shine!
Located on the Athletic Fields at the Campbell Community Center, this event starts at 9am, with the actual egg and candy hunt commencing after the singing of the national anthem at 10:30am SHARP. Please bring a bag or basket for your child. 12 thousand plastic colored eggs will be sprinkled throughout the lawn. That may seem like a lot of eggs, but they are all picked up within minutes - those kids are fast!
There will be coffee, water, doughnuts and world famous Hobee's Coffee Cake for sale for our guests, which in part helps pay for the cost of this free event.
Parents of the tiniest tots will be happy to learn that we'll have a special secure-fenced area for children ages 1-4 where they can play with the bunnies and collect a few eggs while mom and dad stand at the fence to take photos and watch.
Festivities that morning will include face painting, nail painting, crazy hair painting, baton dance demonstrations from Valley Baton Club, a craft project with Home Depot, 5 jump houses, DJ Stephen "Stevarino" Armbruster spinning music and cracking bunny jokes, and of course kids of all ages can hop over and sit on the Easter Bunny's lap for pictures with Campbell Kiwanis special Easter Bunny's.
Eggstravaganza is free, but there will be donation stations at the event so that grateful guests may help support this event with their financial contributions.
